During this two-day intensive training, you’ll learn the true importance of your role as a CSR and what exactly that role entails. Participants focus on streamlining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating strategies to handle every call that comes in. Based on the idea that consistency breeds accuracy, the Boot Camp offers all the tools CSRs need to succeed and grow.
What’s included in the Boot Camp?
- Hands-on training and call role-playing, including examples of price-over-the-phone, happy calls, escalating calls, rescheduling, confirmations, and running behind.
- Call script creation and training—have a company script already? You’ll become an expert. Don’t have one yet? You’ll leave with a standard script for every type of call.
- Objectives for identifying common barriers to communication and results, as well as strategies for overcoming these barriers.
- Self-assessment and evaluation with the Innermetrix ADVanced Insights profile; find out why you and others communicate the way you do and how you can take your phone skills to the next level.
